ERBI Limited and the London Biotechnology Network (LBN) have announced a merger with effect from 1 May 2010. Your registration for the Genesis Conference will therefore be processed by One Nucleus Limited, the new name for the merged entities.
 

Genesis Conference Booking Terms and Conditions

Conference Fees

The conference fees are valid until 31st December 2010. All prices listed (apart from the Awards Dinner rate), include the conference, exhibition, lunch, all refreshments and a comprehensive delegate pack. PLEASE NOTE Accommodation is not included in the price – Delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation. (Please see Genesis Official Hotel Partner on our website for preferential rooms’ rates).

Overseas Delegates

VAT will be charged on the invoice, as the Conference is held in the UK. However, you may be able to claim the VAT charges back from your own respective countries (Please contact your local tax office for further information).

Payment

Can be made either by a valid debit or credit card or by a cheque made payable to “London First”. Payment must accompany your registration, unless you require an invoice to be forwarded to your organisation in which case a Purchase Order number is required. Terms are strictly 28 days from the invoice date or before the start of the Conference, whatever date is the earliest. Please contact our office for payments by BACS.

All payments must be received at least 7 days prior to the event date.

Refund Policy and Cancellations

Individual delegates who wish to cancel their places must do so in writing. Refunds will be made on the following basis:

1. Cancellations received before 30th September - 85% refund
2. Cancellations received on or after 30th September and before 31st October - 50% refund
3. Cancellations on or after 31st October - no refund


Amendments to Conference Programmes

Sometimes we will need to make amendments to our conference programme or to our speakers. We reserve the right to do so.
