UKTI International Zone


Pre-scheduled 1-2-1 partnering for all Genesis delegates

The ‘UKTI International Zone’ will provide an excellent way to meet one-to-one with some of the most innovative and creative UK and international companies across the life science sector, as well as UKTI’s international commercial officers. A substantial number of international companies are being recruited for the event from over 15 key country markets where there are partnering opportunities for UK-based companies.

The partnering system is now live and when all fully registered delegates receive their log in details for the partnering system they will then be able to:

•Upload company profiles
•Upload delegate photos to aid networking
•Search other delegate and company profiles
•Request and Accept/Decline 1-2-1 meeting appointments
•View their schedule online at any time
•All registered participants will receive an email notification with their login details for the UKTI International Zone 1-2-1 Partnering System.
• Please allow 5 working days from payment of your registration to receive your partnering login details.

When you have received your login details please follow the steps below:

1 - Go into the 'my profile' screen, write a brief summary of your company and tick the box to make your profile public

2 - Go to the 'search delegates' form. You can select via size of company, industry sector, surname, type of organisation or you can view all delegates

3 - From the list of delegates simply click the 'arrange a meeting' and follow the instructions

An invite is then sent to the requested person. They can choose to accept or decline and this will then appear on your 'my meeting' page. The meeting will remain as pending until it is accepted or declined.
