Don’t forget to Activate the App

The Conference App is the cornerstone of the conference, accessible for registered delegates. It is where information is shared, connections are made and is the route to access 1-2-1 partnering, programme, sponsor and exhibitor details. 

Activation code details will be sent to each registered and fully paid delegate 4 weeks prior to the conference date or within 5 working days if registering after that date.

As an added bonus, our Genesis app will remain live for 4 weeks after the event, allowing you to carry on conversations and view any sessions you missed on-demand, post-event.

Once the conference has started, Genesis delegates can only access the digital programme content via the app.

Getting the Code to Access the Conference App 

Once you have registered and paid for Genesis, we normally ask delegates to allow 5 working days from payment to receive the email which will include a code to join the Conference App. 

You will only be able to access the app once you have used your personal code provided in the email. Please do not share this code with other delegates, as individuals using a code that has not been sent to them directly by One Nucleus may be removed from the event app without notice. 

We issued the first set of codes on 7 November.  With the event now less than 10 working days away, we are of course issuing them more frequently – please click here  to find out when you will receive your code

What to Do When You are In the App

Once on the app, make sure you turn on push notifications on the app to receive important conference updates throughout the event. Do this by going to your profile on Networkapp, click ‘Privacy Settings’ and then tick the box next to ‘I want to receive push notifications’. You can also upload a profile picture and bio, along with a website, LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) handle so other delegates get a sense of who you are.
